The temperature is going up to 75 degrees today and SoWe’s celebrating by giving away free lunch (any burger or sandwich) to anyone who dines outdoors between noon and 2 p.m. today. The restaurant and bar at 22nd and Carpenter has recently overhauled their menu under chef Jennifer Choplin.
