  • Is this all Del Frisco’s or just the Philly location?

  • Just the Philly location!

Total joke. Even though it is $20 and nobody should complain, you know they are going to try to super up-sell you to raise the check.
“Filet tenderloin cutlet” sounds scary like one of those reconstituted steaks from the chains and tips of tenderloin which is what I bet it is.

Lobster roll will almost certainly be claw meat.

Chicken Carbonara will likely be a creamy mess since cream is not an actual ingredient is pasta carbonara.

Seafood Soup that starts with Parmesan risotto…..ugh.

What exactly is the “white fish”.

Forget about all that: Earth to Del Frisco.
Why can’t 1 person in a company that has thousands of employees proof read a menu they send out as a press release.
    “Cippino” is not a stew.
    CIOPPINO is.
    “Demi” is French……”Glaze” is English.

    There is Demiglace.
    There is Half Glaze.
    There is no Demi-Glaze.

Oh, I guess you’re still at Cook snorting Bacos shavings.
