Circles Is Celebrating Thai New Year With An Awesome Collaboration Dinner Series

Chef/owner Alex Boonphaya has already made a lot of news with his Thai restaurant Circles in Northern Liberties. But now he’s doing it again, announcing a series of collaboration dinners with notable local chefs, all culminating with a kind of 8-course greatest hits dinner.

6-courses for $50 per person

Thursday, March 21 – Chef Jeffrey Power of Dettera

Thursday, March 28 – Chef John Taus of The Corner and The Corner Foodery

Thursday, April 4 – Chef Ben Puchowitz of Matyson

Thursday, April 11 – Chef Peter Woolsey of Bistrot La Minette

The Thai New Year greatest hits dinner will be 8 courses, cost $60, feature the best dishes that come of the four previous collaboration dinners, and it will be served on April 12, 13 and 14.
