On Tuesday, February 5th, Cantina Los Caballitos is kicking off its Tequila Club. The first meeting will feature an “Introduction to Tequila” focusing on the basics of Tequila. There will be four different tequilas which will be paired with food from executive chef Mark McKinney.

- Ceviche de Camarone – rock shrimp, mango, serrano salsa, beef jerky (Espolon Blanco)
- Croqueta de Chorizo – crispy chorizo, potato, queso fresco, smoked paprika crema (Corralejo Reposado)
- Sirloin and Pepperjack Cheese Empanadas – onion confit, arugula salad, honey-mustard vinaigrette (Del Maguey Mezcal Vida)
- Flan de Chocolate y Cafe – chocolate coffee flan, preserved orange rind (El Mayor Anejo)
