Rybread Adding New Spot (With Beer) in Brewerytown

Rybread is opening a second location in Brewerytown at 2816 Girard Avenue (former Storefront for Urban Innovation). The new location will offer the sandwiches, salads and other treats. But unlike the original Rybread, this new spot will be open for lunch and dinner and in even bigger news, will be selling bottled beer to drink on the premises and to take out.

The new spot doesn’t have a name but is looking to open by late April.

Sandwich filling’s could use some creativity. Seriously, who came up with the names of these sandwichs and fillings? New York: cornbeef, saurerkra…Boriing. Lake Tahoe: Tunafish and Cheddar? really?

Have you ever eaten one? They’re excellent.

Excellent? Tesco’s, Pret Manger are better and they are chains…I hope Rybread gets more creative.
