Game Tasting This Week at Meritage

BIGdsc_6003.jpgMeritage Restaurant & Wine Bar will be hosting another game-driven Chef’s Tasting Menu from today through Friday, January 11th. Chef Anne Coll has put together a unique take on rabbit, guinea hen, quail, and wild boar, and all for only $39 (including a fourth dessert course).

Amuse bouche

Braised rabbit crostini, quince, raisin, pine nut relish

1st course

Confit of Guinea Hen, basmati rice, spiced walnuts, pomegranate, kumquat chutney

2nd course

Roasted stuffed quail, foie gras , chestnut, and apple stuffing, gingersnap sauce

3rd Course

Braised wild boar, horseradish potato croquette, charred broccolini

4th course

Flourless chocolate torte, salted caramel, swiss marshmallow
