Oh No, YOLO Closes After Three Months

YOLO (You Only Live Once)  opened on October 3rd, succeeding Odd Fellows Cafe at 12th and Spruce. Now the cafe has brown paper up in the windows and appears to be once again changing its form. Word on the street is another cafe owner has been brought in to consult.

We’ll let you know when we know more.

Thew new spot will be called #retweet

Seriously. Or perhaps #winning? How embarrassingly out of touch.

If a restaurant with a stupid name in an expensive location that would be buried under millions of other Google search results can’t make it, I don’t know what to believe in anymore.

    Still cloudy…our safeties stink!!!

  • Token

Eh, not really cloudy…. They all stink it doesnt matter who starts. The Eagles must get serious about addressing this position. The problem is they have an entire secondary they have to replace.

Sheil / Tim can you ask eagles about kerry rhodes. he’s good, he’s on the street. i think i know why he’s still on the street but i’d like to hear someone say it.

I don’t see where it matters who’s in at Safety other than the change in numbers of the guy following the player with the ball streaking down the side line, there’s no real difference.

Are are similar in overrunning a play and then not having the foot speed to make up ground.

Looked at today’s cutdowns and didn’t recognize any of the DBs….

  • Token

Its kind of interesting isnt it? The Eagles are willing to bring in a dog killer but not a gay man. What a world we live in.

Rhodes would be a nice player to have playing centerfield for a year or two while they try to actually draft a good young safety.

PFF rated Rhodes as the 4th best safety last season. Yea, the Eagles couldnt use that………

  • Dutch

One reason and probably that the Eagles deem important is he’s 30, and another reason is because he may be Gay. There is talk and pictures which are driving this discussion. But it’s already known there are gay players in locker rooms of all three popular sporting associations.

If that is indeed the approach the Eagles are taking, they should never win a title and would be served a type of justice in the universe of karma to spend time this season on a continuous chase of backs streaking down the sidelines on their way to long rushing touchdowns.

The eagles could have drafted the Honey Badger he was available for the taking to fill a position of need and was deemed a certified playmaker. And he likes girls.
