And guess what? Phillymag has a pair of tickets to give away to one lucky commenter! All you have to do is write a brief essay of no more than 100 words on how basking in the effusive glow of the area’s most renowned culinary minds will offer a momentary respite from the endless drudgery of your existence. Plus, you get access to the Friday night VIP event, where you’ll get to see how much shlubbier and out of shape Stephen Starr is in person. (For real! How much edamame ravioli can one man eat?) Responses must be in dactylic heptameter and posted by 5:00 PM Tuesday. Good luck!

Is this like a TEdx for restaurant groupies?
    What a joke.
