Kevin Sbraga Doing A (Belated) Top Chef Victory Lap

Top Chef winner Kevin Sbraga has been a busy fella lately. First, there was the guest chef dinner he did with fellow Top Chef contestant Angelo Sosa a few days ago. Then there was the announcement that he will be doing an “interactive chef’s counter” at Sbraga starting in August–a reservation-only prix fixe-type menu where Sbraga himself will be cooking for you. And that’s not all he has in the works.

According to a new video interview over at The Daily Meal, it looks like Sbraga has more of those Top Chef/guest chef dinners in the works (including ones with Jen Carroll and Mike Isabella), and he’ll also be spending three weeks this August doing a kind of belated Top Chef victory lap by cooking a version (a close version, he promises) of his winning four-course meal from the season 7 finale. Sure, it was two years ago that Sbraga won the big prize, but why not join him and relive the glory days of 2010 all over again.
