Sweet Box Cupcakes Getting a Storefront

Gretchen Fantini of the  Sweet Box Cupcakes truck is getting a storefront at 13th and Panama, just down from Dirty Frank’s. Fantini has won praise at the Vendy’s as well as from Craig LaBan and others. Fantini joins Tom McCusker of Honest Tom’s as a graduate from the wheeled food scene.

The Sweet Box storefront should be ready to go within two months. The truck will continue to operate.

I went online to see my itemized bill through Comcast. I wanted to see what I was paying for. That is NOT possible to do this online. I called. The woman on the phone was “puzzled” by my request and couldn’t figure it out either. Then I was put on hold and conveniently disconnected. I email Comcast. Here was their response:

“I understand that you have issues with obtaining a copy of your bill online and you have issues with the customer support. I certainly know how important it is to receive the copy of the statement to review the charges on your bill and experience excellent customer support to address your concerns immediately. I will be more than willing to assist you by providing instructions on how to obtain a printed copy of the bill. Rest assured that I will direct you to the appropriate department where to request for the copy of the bill…

…Please take note that you may also request for the copy of the bill through chat. They have the access to send you the copy of the previous bill. Please take note that you will receive the statement after 3 to 7 business days.”

So… In order to get my itemized bill, I would have to have an email chat with this customer service rep who would give me the instructions on how to do it OR do an online chat then wait 3-7 days to get my itemized bill in the mail.

How come I can’t just click a button online to see the bill?? They don’t WANT you to see the bill. I hate them.
