Korean Fusion Pop-Up Coming to Fishtown

As part of the week-long performing arts space pop up called ReSource Arts Philadelphia Ann Miller, one time chef of David Ansill at Ansill Food + Wine (and their awesome Korean tacos) as well as a sous chef at Meritage under Anne Coll, will be hosting a community dinner. The ReSource pop-up runs from July 29 to August 5 and the dinner will be on the night of August 1 from 7 to 10 p.m.

Miller’s dinner will be four courses of Korean fusion with wine pairings, specialty cocktails, and live music. The tickets are $60 and the dinner will be in the Crane Arts Old School: The White Space at 1427 N 2nd Street.

Tickets are now available here.

I believe she was most recently on staff at Meritage, which is actually still a thriving restaurant, unlike Ansill.

Yes , more recently part of the kitchen management staff (sous chef) at Meritage. I should know, I worked under her supervision. Certainly, Meritage is still a currently thriving restaurant as Ansill once was as well :).
