Vegan Pizza Day

This Saturday June 30th is Vegan Pizza Day. Across the country many pizza shops will be celebrating by serving vegan options. For you vegans out there, here are three Philly spots where you can get your own vegan pizza this Saturday.

Blackbird Pizzeria, Philly’s first all-vegan pizza shop, is serving up a Vegan Buffalo Wing Pizza especially for the day. Of course, all their other options are ways to celebrate as well, including sandwiches, salads and sides.

The Abbaye in Northern Liberties will be serving vegan wings and a vegan pizza with arugula and carmelized onions on Saturday. But make sure you hit them up after 4pm; their brunch menu reigns until then.

All SliCE Pizza locations — including Rittenhouse, Washington Township, and Italian Market — are now serving vegan mozzarella along with gluten free dough for their pizzas. Stop in on Saturday to take on a double helping of healthy.
