Chef Michael Cappon of Isabella has just released a menu featuring sweet summer corn that has just come in season. Offered through July, the menu features highlights like a Chilled Corn Bisque and Scallops with creamed corn. All items on the menu use Isabella’s usual Mediterranean twist.

with marcona almond crème fraiche
Maiz de la Parilla 7
grilled sweet corn with a toasted chili and saffron crema
Arroz Con Maiz 8
bomba rice slow cooked with sweet corn, fresh cream and wild mushrooms
seared scallops, creamed corn and charred frisée
crispy pork cheeks, cream polenta and a sweet corn relish
crispy marinated fresh seitan, with a sweet corn and toasted orzo salad, and a balsamic reduction
