DiNic’s Up for Best Sandwich in America

Adam Richman of Travel Channel’s Man Vs Food is searching the nation to find the absolute best sandwich. Of course our own DiNic’s, of Reading Terminal Market, is in the running with their roast pork.

Tomorrow night, Wednesday June 6th at 9 p.m., DiNic’s will compete for the Northeast Regional Championship against the finalists from New York and Pittsburgh. Watch Adam Richman’s Best Sandwich in America on the Travel Channel tomorrow at 9 p.m. to find out if DiNic’s makes it past this round!

In the meantime, check out this clip from the show where DiNic’s owner Joe Nicolosi teaches Richman a few things about the roast pork masterpiece.

Roast Pork isn’t even best sandwich at Dinic’s. The Italian style pork (pulled) is where the flavor is

I like DiNic’s very much, but the Gustaio (Merguez Flatbread) at Paesano’s is hard to beat.

What Johnny says re: pulled pork; plus, if you stay with roast pork, Tony Luke’s, hype and all, still takes it.

No, not John’s. Love the cheesesteak (and that’s saying a lot), but the pork’s far too intensely herb-flavored for my palate.

Italian-style is where it’s at, for sure!

And I’m with you Pedro, the cheesesteak is the winner at John’s. So excited they’re open on Saturdays now, too.
