Belgian Beer Dinner at Barbuzzo

Barbuzzo will be holding a Belgian Beer Dinner on Wednesday, May 9th. The dinner will consist of four courses each paired with a different Belgian beer including one of our all-time favorites, Tripel Karmeliet. The dinner with pairings costs $55 a person.


The four courses include:

fresh wild fire island oyster cucumber, micro celery leaf & sunner kolsch “caviar”

Shaved raw asparagus, radish and fava salad with buffalo mozzarella from campagna, tomato, mint & lemon
Sunner Kolsch

Smoked gramigne pasta, green peppercorn, ramp butter and parmesan, with grilled prawn & wood roasted spring vegetables
St. Feuillien La Blanche

Urthel samaranth quad poached pork sausage, braised pork belly, wood roasted polenta, taleggio & mushroom escabeche
Urthel Samaranth Quadrium

Roasted apricots, double layer cheesecake, brown butter cookie crust & marcona almonds
Brouwerij Bosteels Tripel Karmeliet
