SoWe Opening in One Week in Graduate Hospital

Nancy Law and Troy Barton are a week away from opening SoWe at 22nd and Carpenter, Monday, April 23rd is the targeted date. The bar and restaurant takes over from Divan Turkish Kitchen and features a menu from Royal Tavern alum, Maureen Stoebenau. The menu features a selection of snacks, salads, sandwiches and plates. The menu tops out at $21 with the 5 Spice Chili Rubbed Duck Breast served with mustard greens, soba noodles, peanuts, charred pepper sauce.

$7 - Roasted Eggplant and Yogurt Dip- torn mint, grilled flatbread, cucumber

$10 - SoWe Wings - spice rubbed and grilled, smokey blue cheese dip

$8 - Grilled Artichoke Hearts - citrus marinade, shaved parmesan

$11 - Ginger-Coconut  Mussels - Thai-inspired red chili broth, fresh basil, grilled bread

$12 - Buffalo Shrimp - jumbo shrimp, hot and sweet wing sauce

$12 - Ahi Tuna Ceviche - grilled pineapple, red onion, smokey orange reduction

$14 - Artisan Cheese Board - Daily selection of 3 cheeses, house preserves, whole grain mustard, fresh fruit, grilled bread

MP- Oysters on the Half Shell -daily selection, classic-lemon and hot sauce or house mignonette

$8.5 - Roasted Golden Beet- haricot vert, lola rosa, hazelnuts, tarragon vinaigrette, Asiago

$10 - Chopped Salad - Artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, crispy chickpeas, hard boiled egg, haricots verts, artichoke hearts, cucumber, radishes, red onion, tomato, feta, herbs, creamy honey lime dressing

$9.5 - Baby Iceberg Wedge -Applewood bacon, tomato, Maytag blue cheese, aged balsamic


All sandwiches are served with  hand cut French fries with Tabasco mayo and a dill pickle.

$11 - SoWe Burger - half-pound Angus burger, fried peppers and onions, sharp cheddar, applewood bacon, horseradish mayo, toasted brioche bun

$10 - Seared Seitan and Wild Mushroom -wilted spinach, asiago, rustic loaf, (Vege/can be Vegan)

$8.5 - Grilled Cheese - fontina, sharp cheddar, apple, bacon, sourdough (can be Vege)

$10 - Chicken Paillard - seared chicken breast, roasted peppers, fontina, arugula, whole grain mustard, rustic loaf
