Brunch returns to Bar Ferdinand on Sunday March 25th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Northern Liberties Spanish tapas spot will feature a new menu of Spanish inspired brunch dishes and bottomless Bloody Marys and Mimosas.
Highlights include Torrija Rellena de Manzana (a Spanish French Toast, made from cider soaked brioche stuffed with sautéed apples and golden raisins, topped with whipped cream and drizzled with a brown sugar apple syrup), Huevos con Morcilla ‘Hash’ (poached eggs over Morcilla blood sausage hash and topped with a Piquillo Aioli), Egg Sandwich Española (brioche sliders with the classic Spanish Potato Omelette, house-smoked bacon, slow roasted tomatoes and aioli).
