Roundeye Noodle Bar Announces Second Pop-Up

After the extremely successful first Roundeye Noodle Bar Pop-up last month, Ben Puchowitz and Shawn Darragh have announced they are doing it again, Sunday, February 26th at Matyson.

This time it will be reservations only and they are planning on serving 250 people. Reservations will be accepted on Saturday, February 25th from 10 a.m. till they sell out. All reservations will be confirmed on Sunday, February 26th and if you do not confirm, your reservation will be cancelled.

Also keep an eye on Roundeye’s Twitter feed, where they will tweet if any soups remain.

The menu has been tweaked since the first iteration, check out the changes on the web site. And if you don’t want to wait, Matyson has a lobster ramen appetizer (Shanghai noodles, pickled kohlrabi, pork belly, egg) on its menu right now.
