Hens Revenge: Industry Night at Teri’s

Jen Zavala and Christina Clark are launching an all-female hosted industry night tonight at Teri’s Bar & Diner. The event which will happen on the third Monday of the month at rotating venues, encourages women in the hospitality to come out in support of each other.

Complimentary food will be offered starting at 10 p.m.  Zavala and Clark who are behind the forthcoming Cherry Bomb Bus are hoping to encourage more women in the kitchen through “support and inspiration and resources to achieve greatness.”

pickled mango salsa, preserved lemon, yogurt garlic sauce

shallot confit and bacon jam on WildFlour Bakery challah

Lentil and Mushroom “Veatloaf”
green beans, sweet potato mash, cashew gravy, and soy maple glaze

    Just to note our event is open to all industry workers male or female….we are just trying to showcase the talents of women in the industry! Hope to see you there!
