Marc Vetri to Atlantic City?
Scott Cronick of the Press of Atlantic City reports that he has a solid rumor that Marc Vetri will be joining Jose Garces at Revel in Atlantic City. Vetri however denies it via Twitter.
- French-born chef Michael Richard who owns Citronelle in Washington D.C. and Central in DC and Caesars Palace, Las Vegas.
- Another Next Iron Chef winner, Marc Forgione is also rumored to be on the way. He is the owner of Restaurant Marc Forgione in New York.
- STKOut is the other concept that Cronick reports. He says it will be a twist on the classic steakhouse, targeting females and the more health-conscious.
