The Pita Pit has closed on 16th Street. Next up for the location is honeygrow. A stir fry, salads and gourmet shakes concept.

Still no chef for the new restaurant concept at the Art Alliance off of Rittenhouse Square. But it does have a name, Rittenhouse Tavern. [The Insider]

Victor Fellus (Mix and Pub & Grub) specializes in restaurants at the base of condominiums. Next up is Titra, which will be located at 15th and Locust in the Aria Building. Titra will be more upscale than his other spots. [The Insider]

Kokopelli has been closed by L&I. The club’s food-prep license has evidently expired. Such a shame, because the upstairs Kiva Lounge is evidently “THE place to get it in!” [The Insider]
