Pssst, Jennifer and Jose Vargas who ran the well regarded Rylei in Mayfair are back in the kitchen. They’ve quietly opened Leila’s Bistro in Jenkintown. The restaurant as barely any web presence, so we’ll tell you the address is 708 West Avenue in Jenkintown and the phone number is 215-589-0736.
