Pssst, Jennifer and Jose Vargas who ran the well regarded Rylei in Mayfair are back in the kitchen. They’ve quietly opened Leila’s Bistro in Jenkintown. The restaurant as barely any web presence, so we’ll tell you the address is 708 West Avenue in Jenkintown and the phone number is 215-589-0736.

Isabella in Conshohocken is launching a pair of new menus this week. There’s a new lunch menu and more importantly, a happy hour menu of 13 items that are half-off. See the Happy Hour menu after the jump.
