Han Dynasty Comes to Le Bec-Fin


The date has been set for Le Bec-Fin’s next Exceptional Chef Dinner. On Monday, October 24th Han Chiang of Han Dynasty will join Georges Perrier and Nicholas Elmi for a special seven-course dinner at Le Bec-Fin.

The Franco-Sichuan collaboration should be an interesting one, and a night featuring the personalities of Chiang and Perrier is one not to be missed.

There are two seatings, 5:30pm-6:15pm and 8:30pm-9:15pm. The event is BYOB as is every Monday at Le Bec. But you can also choose to have the sommelier select wine pairings with each course for $40.
