Farmer’s Daughter

The attractive Farmer’s Daughter opened last Friday in Blue Bell. Chef Corey Fair is bringing a fresh and local concept to the restaurant at the Normandy Farm Hotel.

Avalon Restaurant’s owner and chef John Brandt-Lee is opening a second restaurant this spring in Downingtown. Avalon’s Pasta Bistro will takeover the former Jasper on Lancaster Avenue. The menu will feature homemade pasta, flatbreads, salads, cheeses and antipasta. Pastas will all be under $20 and a four-course tasting menu including the chef’s signature 15-item antipasti platter will be $40.
