Paesano’s “grinder” is facing off against Bobby Flay on the Food Network this evening. Flay receives his beat down on Throwdown at 8:30. Looks like Flay’s recipe is beef brisket with three Peppercorn Glaze, Steak Sauce Mayo, and Cheddar-Scrambled Eggs. Sounds decadent but can it be any match for the Paesano?
