    The pool seems like it would be a blast, but it’s a bit expensive for my tastes. Lots of single 25-35 year olds in NoLibs that make plenty of money though and it could do pretty well there.

    The thought of that club in my neighborhood makes me want to tear my hair out. Increasingly, the Piazza is becoming more and more of a gated community within NoLibs.

    Increasingly? It was basically built as a gated community I’d say. Everything faces the courtyard, it looks late-Soviet from the outside.
