Pub & Kitchen Happenings

The always changing menu at Pub & Kitchen has been tweaked again, gone is the $3 Pub Snacks section, in is the more varied Pub Fare menu with new dishes like bone marrow and mac and cheese with smoked pork shank.

That’s not the only news coming from the corner pub. On Tuesday, November 23rd is the bar’s second Country Delight. The fun starts at 4pm with bales of hay decorating the space and food and drink specials available all night. At 8pm DJ Kyle of Austin, Texas will be spinning authentic country tunes. Among the food specials, chef Jonathan Adams promises “buttermilk fried chicken, cider braised greens, cornbread, grits and BBQ baked beans.”

And then on the Monday, December 6th Pub & Kitchen will be partnering with Amis for Marc Vetri’s now famous monthly industry night. Preparations are already under way as the staff is aging Manhattans in an American white oak barrel on the bar.

And if all that isn’t enough, P&K now has a Facebook page.
