Cooperage in the Curtis Center is adding weekend brunch specializing in Southern-bistro dishes priced under $12.

Highlights include:

  • The Presley – Caramelized Bananas, Smoked Bacon, Peanut Butter on Belgian Waffles
  • Coop’s Omelet – Oven-dried Tomato, Sautéed Spinach, Goat Cheese
  • Stuffed French Toast – Mixed Berries, Pecan Butter, Sweet Mascarpone Cheese
