    Meantime Chocolate (English Stout) has been my most pleasurable surprise this year from the Memphis Taproom’s unrivaled event – No Repeat Beer Week. Not only is it chocolaty, but it is minty as well. Add some quality vanilla ice cream and you may have the best beer float ever assembled.

    The Boon gueuze at Tria last night was just perfect. One of the greatest beers I have ever tasted.

    Boon Gueze is one of the poorer representations of the style… try something from Drie Fonteinen or Cantillon, specifically the Oude or Classic Geuzes
