Dispatches From Dave: Ultimo Coffee in South Philly

Took the bike out on Saturday for a ride down to Aaron Ultimo’s new coffee shop on the corner of 15th Street and Mifflin in South Philly. As far as I’m concerned, this is currently the most coffee–centric place in the city, and if I had to choose one spot for my macchiato, I’d go here. In this vid, Aaron (who comes to Philly by way of D.C.’s Murky Coffee) shows me how he brews coffee using the pour–over method.
