Build Your Own Grilled Cheese

Our perfect recession food might just be the grilled cheese, as we’ve been on the record as saying, a great grilled cheese might just be an explosion of taste in your mouth.

Well the Beauty Shop Cafe at 20th and Fitzwater concurs and is now offering build your own grilled cheeses.

The basic grilled cheese starts at $3.50 and you can add toppings for a $1 a piece. All sandwiches are served on whole wheat bread and cooked on the shop’s vintage grilled cheese press.

Add Cheese ($0.50 ea.)
American, Sharp Cheddar, Swiss, Feta, Brie, Mozzarella

Add Stuff (1st item $1.00, addl. items $0.50 ea.)
Tomato, Avocado, Cucumber, Red Onion, Green Apple, Pear, Basil, Roasted Red Pepper

Add Vegan Bacon ($1.25)

Add Sauce (Free)
Mustard, Mayonnaise, Sriracha, Wasabi Mayo
