Kevin Sbraga, culinary director for Jose Garces will be competing to represent the United States in the Bocuse d’Or World Cuisine Contest in Lyon, France. Kevin Sbraga’s team is one of eight competing on September 26th and 27th at Epcot in Florida.

Among the formidable competition is Top Chef Season 3 winner, Hung Hunynh, Timothy Hollingsworth of French Laundry and Michael Rotondo of Chef Charlie Trotter in Las Vegas.
