From 6 to 9pm tonight top Philadelphia chefs will be using grocery store staples like the Manwich and Rice-A-Roni to create their dishes. Among the chefs participating are Dan Marcantuno from Brasserie Perrier, Carey Neff from Coquette and Matthew Levin from Lacroix.
