Name Game

We had a tepid response to the otherwise delectable Eric Ripert’s choice of name for his new restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton. It got us to thinking: what other restaurants out there have unfortunate names?

We recently passed an establishment called Fingers. In tiny letters underneath the sign, it said “piano bar”, but it’s still a mostly unappealing visual from a place that also serves food.

Any others out there?
