Johnny Goodtimes makes US history fun as he hosts Quizzo at the Constitution Center. And of course there’s alcohol. We said it would be fun, didn’t we? The questions start flying at 6.
The “unconference” BlogPhiladelphia completed today and there’s going to be a wrap-up party at National Mechanics from 4 to 9.
The Phillies try again for loss number 10,000 tonight. Will there be champagne? Rest assured there will be at the Foobooz headquarters.
Feeling French, head to the White Dog Cafe for dinner and dancing.
And at the Grey Lodge they’re celebrating Friday the 13th right.
Saturday
It’s the annual Blobfest in Phoenixville. Seems like a great time and one year we’ll get there. But it won’t be this one because we’re heading to Nodding Head for The Royal Stumble. The event is a sellout but we’ve had luck in the past buying extra tickets from people in line. Doors open at 1 PM.
The Iron Hill Brewery in North Wales is holding their “Big Bottle Bonanza” showcasing bottle-conditioned beer from Iron Hill and other craft breweries.
Bastille Day celebrations all day. Check out the fun at the Prison or any of these other restaurants.
