Halloween Night

Lots of Halloween things to do tonight. Two that jump out have to be Haunted Hotel at the Bellvue. That’s happening at XIX and features the Soul Travelers Orchestra. And in South Philadelphia at Cantina Los Caballitos you have the promise of a roaring good time and a free open bar from 9 to 10 PM.
