Annual Native American Thanksgiving Dinner

The White Dog Cafe is celebrating its annual Native American Thanksgiving Dinner Sunday, November 19th.

The meal will feature a menu of 100 percent sustainably harvested seafood, humanely raised meat and poultry, locally grown fruits and vegetables and a greeting from the evening’s guests of honor, members of the Lenape Nation, the original inhabitants of the Delaware Valley area, who will receive a percentage of the dinner’s proceeds. The event will cost $40 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required.

Roasted Pumpkin and Winter Squash Soup topped with walnut sage pesto
Smoked Wild Line Caught Alaskan King Salmon jonny cakes and a butternut squash-apple relish

Entrees
Wild Line Caught Halibut with an Oyster Corn Bread Stuffing braised heirloom black kale and a cranberry-orange compote

Flame Roasted Honey and Chili Glazed Duck Breast with Sundried Cherry-Sage Sauce minted sugar snap peas and native grains and wild rice pilaf
