Little Amada

Michael Klein reports that Chef Jose Garces of Amada [now known as Tinto] and previously at Alma de Cuba is looking to open a new Center City eatery, Amadita. Amadita which means little Amada will be located at 114 S 20th Street, and is hoping for a fall opening. Amadita will be a wine bar and will feature the cuisine of the Basque region of northern Spain.
