Summit is the ultimate place to get in shape. Their very serious packages include 8- to 24-week programs with trainers to assist you personally. (And, not to brag, but their client portfolio includes three NBA stars.) Our fave feature is the Treadwall, which is like a vertical treadmill that you climb instead of run on; a feature that is totally unique to Summit.
