I was very unhappy. After spending $2550, my beautiful coat was cut too short. It look like a jacket now and it was supposed to be to my knee. Also the back of the coat had multiple white threads sticking out. All this, after waiting 7 weeks for my coat. They offered to re-do it but that will take 3 more weeks. I was told the re-style would take 4 weeks and every time I called, it took me 15 minutes of waiting on the phone to find out the coat was not back. I will never shop at this store again.
