Sent me two snowflake wishes wine glasses and two double old-fashioned glasses. One wine glass was missing its charm and one old-fashioned was missing its snowflake decal. Refused to send me replacements from their stock after two complaints. Still waiting for replacements, which after more than a month I doubt I will ever receive. Will never buy from them again. Will contact PA Attorney General soon.
