The group atmosphere completely works for me and there is a good mix of different fitness levels (from out of shape to complete freaks). The workouts seem intimidating at first - i.e. Olympic Weight Lifting? - but the trainers are great teachers and soon you'll look forward to challenging yourself every workout - i.e. Olympic Weight Lifting!
