Steve Power's Love Letter spans over 50 rooftop morals and street-level signs stretching across West Philadelphia on Market Street between 63rd and 45th streets. The Mural Arts Program presents a dynamic exhibition that includes sketches, found objects associated with the Love Letter project, and personal works by artist Steve Powers.
