Here is a look at the Eagles-Panthers injury report heading into Monday night’s game:

PANTHERS

OUT

DE Antwan Applewhite (hamstring)

PROBABLE

WR Steve Smith (finger), G Geoff Hangartner (knee), DE Greg Hardy (illness), S Colin Jones (head), LB Jordan Senn (ankle), LB James Anderson (back)

EAGLES

OUT

WR Jason Avant (hamstring), RB LeSean McCoy (concussion), RB Chris Polk (toe),QB Michael Vick (concussion) did not practice

PROBABLE

WR Riley Cooper (knee),DT Cullen Jenkins (foot/ankle), G Danny Watkins (ankle)

Notes: Brown returned kicks last week but that job is expected to go to Brandon Boykin with Brown getting the start. With Polk and McCoy out, look for Dion Lewis to get some carries.
