Vick On Brother’s Tweets: ‘You’ll Never See That Again’

Moments after enduring a pounding at the hands of the Saints, Michael Vick was informed of his brother’s Twitter tirade by the media.  He was taken off-guard, he did not look happy and he assured everyone that it would be handled.

“We definitely had a serious heart-to-heart conversation,” said Vick Wednesday. “You’ll never see that again. Trust me.”

Marcus Vick (perhaps at the urging of his older brother) has since apologized for his actions.

I love my brother and it’s hard as hell to watch him taking all those shots, but I’m sorry if I offended anyone and definitely didn’t mean to put Mike in a tough spot. I’m not only watching as a fan, I’m watching as his blood.

Marcus went off during Monday night’s game as he watched his brother absorb seven sacks and 12 quarterback hits. The statement that caught the most attention was, “Please trade my brother. We requesting out of Philly!”

Vick made it known Wednesday that his brother does not speak for him.

“That’s not me. If it don’t come from me then that’s it,” said Vick.  ”I’m in the middle of a full-fledged football game and I’m out there battling. I don’t know what’s being said, I don’t know what’s going on. But I definitely know I got that corrected.”
