Eagles-Ravens Injury Updates

As we mentioned earlier, Jeremy Maclin did not practice today.

Meanwhile, safety Kurt Coleman (facial lacerations), wide receiver Riley Cooper (fractured collarbone) and cornerback Curtis Marsh (hamstring) were limited. Andy Reid has already ruled Cooper out for Sunday’s game against the Ravens. Coleman was in the locker room before practice and sounded like he fully expected to play.

Marsh injured his hamstring against the Browns, and his status is unknown. If he can’t go, the Eagles will only have four healthy cornerbacks: Nnamdi Asomugha, Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, Brandon Boykin and Brandon Hughes. Hughes would play in dime and presumably step in should any of the other three go down. That was the case in Week 1 when Rodgers-Cromartie was having a shoulder issue and missed some snaps.

Jason Avant (wrist) and Colt Anderson (knee) were full participants.

As for the Ravens, center Matt Birk (thigh), outside linebacker Paul Kruger (back), defensive end Pernell McPhee (knee) and offensive tackle Jah Reid (leg) did not practice. Safety Ed Reed (hamstring) was limited.

With the exception of Jah Reid, they are all starters. Ed Reed is expected to play. And Kruger told Jeff Zrebiec of The Baltimore Sun that he’ll play as well.
