Chef Simon Vong has experience at Susanna Foo and his food is billed as fusion, but most dishes at this non-descript strip-mall spot are upscale versions of Chinese take-out favorites. The kitchen turns out General Tso’s chicken with large chunks of battered and fried white meat in that familiar sticky-sweet sauce. Shrimp with cashews is tossed in spicy Kung Pao sauce with celery and red peppers.

Review
There is something for everyone here. Some of the best asian/fusion cooking around. The crab fried rice is spectacular. Be sure to try their dumplings and egg rolls. Fish dishes great. Be sure to go to Fuzion in Worcester and Ly Michaels in Philadelphia from the same owners. Can't go wrong.
