Parc Restaurant
227 South 18th Street
Philadelphia, PA 19103
The first sign that Parc had opened its doors? There were — gasp! — empty seats outside Rouge. The party had moved down the block to Stephen Starr’s lovely (loud!) sprawling brasserie. The opening week saw every seat filled, the bar stacked three deep, and early raves for the house-baked baguettes, the nicely shucked oysters, and the men’s bathrooms. Really.

usually brasserie is a smal, cozy nice restaurant with great food and service. beside the signes that says it, nothing else is french or good about it... The food is nothing special, service not good at all! Unfortunately, nothing can beat Rouge!!!

It is simply gorgeous...and just like Paris (with a little more fun flare!) The food was delish, our dining experience was well managed, paced well and full of knowledgable reccomendations. The front room is a bit loud, but I was told to request the "Locust St. Dining Room" for a more intimate experience. Enjoy! It really is a gem.

NOISEY, LOUD
Service mediocre at best, still confused as to the menu offerings. Food no better than Rouge.

Besides looking and tasting great, Parc is a wonderful way to have lunch outdoors looking at the Square and enjoying wonderful service!! The manager leads the way for excellent thoughtfulness and care in the treatment of their customers. Even in the chaos of the first week.
