Tom Block, of New Hope’s Thomas Sweet ice cream, joined with his daughter Sara to cure Center City’s sweet tooth with delicate made-on-the-premises chocolates and cinnamon-y Aztec hot chocolate, Au Chocolat teas and cooling frozen mochas.
