Just across from the Willow Grove train station, Michael Wei’s popular Mandarin Garden has delivered Szechuan, Hunan and Mandarin favorites like orange scallops and ginger wontons for more than 20 years. The 144-seat restaurant is almost always full, with regulars who consider this Wei spot (He’s also behind Yangming and Nectar, among others) to be their Chinese restaurant.
